Marine reflectance Version program 2.0
- Here you may view or download
version 2.0 of the program,
and its requisite datafiles: the
Rc correction file, and the
polarization file

Marine reflectance Version program 1.6
- Here you may view or download
version 1.6 of the program,
and its requisite datafiles: the
Rc correction file, and the
polarization file.
- There is a
PC version of the program, and a
copy of the executable.
- Two sample runs of the program are available:
- Run 1 uses this MarRefFile
(which must be renamed to 'MarRefFile'), and these three data files:
dark file,
sun file,
sea file.
It produces this output file,
which can be compared to the one for version 1.4 below.
- Run 2 uses this MarRefFile,
and these 9 data files:
dark file 1,
sun file 1,
sea file 1;
dark file 2,
sun file 2,
sea file 2;
dark file 3,
sun file 3,
sea file 3;
It produces this output file.
- There have also been a few
changes and bug fixes between versions 1.5 and 1.6 .

Marine reflectance program Version 1.5
- release 1.5 . program.
Marine reflectance Version program 1.4
- release 1.4 . You may view or download the
SIMBIOS version of the program, and get
the SIMBIOS version of the output file.
Note that v1.4 uses a new format for the standard input file 'software/MarRefFile'.

There have also been several changes and
bug fixes between versions 1.0 and 1.4 . Also available, primarily
for internal use, is Frouin's version of
the program, and the corresponding
output file.
- CRUCIAL: Steps R2 and R3 of the program use two tables stored in
reference files. The first is the Rc correction
file, and the second is the polarization file.
Marine reflectance program Version 1.0
- OLD: Here are releases 1.0 of the Simbios version
of the program, and Frouin's version of
the program (includes a number of intermediate outputs not relevant
for the Project), sample standard input file
'MarRefFile' and resulting output files:
SIMBIOS version, Frouin's version.
- The sample run specified in the above 'MarRefFile' uses three data files:
a dark file,
a sun file and
a sea file.
- Here are plots of key interim reflectance parameters calculated
for the sample run (v1.0). Note that data selections are performed for
each band separately.
