Loyola University New Orleans Faculty Position in Economics The Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans seeks an assistant professor of economics commencing the 2003-04 academic year. This is a tenure track position. Teaching responsibilities include principles of economics, intermediate theory, and two fields at the undergraduate level. The College also offers an MBA and the position may involve some teaching in that program. The individual hired will be expected also to advise students and maintain a high level of professional activity through quality research and service. Minimum qualifications include candidacy (ABD) for the Ph.D. in economics.
