Including a new preface by Robert Pula and a completely revised index, it should prove worth the wait. 2. The Institute Summer Seminar-Workshop is scheduled for July 21-28 at Hofstra University. The Seminar aspects emphasize lecture-demonstrations on thebackground, theory and methods of general-semantics. The Workshop aspects emphasize applications and training in verbal and non-verbal awareness. The seminar-workshop serves as the principal training and practice course in general-semantics. "Developing Sanity in Human Affairs: The Eleventh International Interdisciplinary Conference on General Semantics" to be held at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York.
